  • Cancelling your subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.
  • You will continue to have access to your membership until the end of your current paid billing period unless your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing in the future. Any changes will not affect your current billing period and will be communicated before they take effect.

6. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider and Merchant of Record.

Paddle is responsible for securely processing your payment, collecting applicable taxes where required, issuing invoices, and handling payment-related compliance.

By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to comply with Paddle's applicable checkout terms and payment requirements.

If your payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or cannot be processed, we may suspend access to your subscription until payment has been successfully completed.

7. Streaming-Only Access

Our course videos are provided for online streaming only. Unless we clearly state otherwise, course videos are not downloadable.

Your subscription gives you permission to watch our content through our website while your subscription is active. It does not give you ownership of the videos or permission to copy, download, distribute, or reproduce them.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:
